  • Only one funding request per organization will be considered in a 12-month period.
  • Organizations that receive funding for three consecutive years must take a one year break before again applying
  • The proposal summary, application and all required supporting documentation must be submitted at the same time as one package. Proposals with missing information and/or documentation will not be considered.
  • Funding requests will be accepted and considered twice during the calendar year :
    • Spring Funding Cycle : Proposals must be received by January 31st, with decisions by late May/early June
    • Fall Funding Cycle : Proposals must be received by July 31st, with decisions by late October/early November
